BEIRUT - In an interview with the Voice of Lebanon radio station, MP Boutros Harb said that the principal issues before the dialogue, prepared by the President Michel Sleiman, would be defense strategy and Hezbollah’s weapons. 

Harb declared that the people of Lebanon could not continue living in the presence of Hezbollah’s weapons. 

While he focused on the importance of the national dialogue, he argued that it could not be a substitute for parliament and cabinet. 

“Both institutions had a critical role to play in resolving the nation’s conflicts” Harb said. MP added that all citizens must respect state institutions.
