BEIRUT – Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Hussein Fadlallah stated on Sunday that Hezbollah started its preparations for the municipal elections. He stressed that the party sought to hold the elections on time and in conformity with either the old or the new electoral law.

Fadlallah pointed out that the Cabinet was capable of sea;ing many successful achievements in the economic and social fields. He signaled that during the Syrian-Iranian summit in Damascus, in the presence of Hezbollah secretary general Hassan Nasrallah, it was agreed upon adopting the “an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” rationale as the new resistance’s retaliation strategy.
