Jumblatt to announce date of Damascus visit after official invitation

BEIRUT - Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt said he will announce the date of his Damascus visit once he receives an official invitation from Syria, according to an interview with An-Nahar newspaper published on Monday.

The PSP leader also addressed the fifth commemoration of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri’s assassination, saying he would decide on the issue “at the last minute, whether it is regarding the size or nature of [our] participation.”
