An-Nahar: Bassil clarifies Aoun’s position on cabinet lineup to Berri

BEIRUT- A source close to Free Patriotic Movement told An-Nahar newspaper on Wednesday that Telecommunications Minister Gebran Bassil met with Speaker Nabih Berri in Ain al-Tineh as well as with Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in Dahiyeh on Tuesday to clarify Aoun’s position on the government formation.

“The next 24 hours will define the outcome of the government-formation process: either the government will be formed by then, or it will once again go into uncharted territory,” said the source.
