BEIRUT- In an interview with NBN television on Tuesday, Change and Reform bloc MP Nabil Nicolas slammed Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea for “constant attacks” against Free Patriotic Movement leader MP Michel Aoun. He said that Aoun’s leadership is legitimized by “his popular and parliamentary representation”.

Nicolas pointed to the number of LF MPs in parliament, ridiculing the LF leader for his “insignificant” representation. He also said that the March 14 alliance is no longer a majority following Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt’s realignment.

BEIRUT –Madonna and her manager will be designing a new line of sunglasses with designer duo Dolce and Gabbana. The eyewear line, called MDG, is part of MG Icon. BEIRUT - According to Lebanon this Week published by Byblos Bank, the number of incoming tourists to Lebanon totaled 106,005 in January 2010, constituting a decrease of 23% from 137,651 tourists in December 2009 and an increase of 37.1% from 77,308 tourists in January 2009. Arab tourists accounted for 46.5% of total visitors and were followed by visitors from Europe with 23.3%, Asia with 15.9%, America with 10.2%, and Oceania with 2.3% and Africa with 1.6%.
