Eight rockets hit southern Lebanon

TYRE, Lebanon - Eight rockets hit southern Lebanon near the village of Hula on Tuesday night, shortly after a Katyusha-type rocket hit northern Israel without causing any casualties, a security official said.

The rockets were fired by the Israeli military, the official said on condition of anonymity. He would not confirm that the first rocket had been launched from Lebanon.
