Geagea raises with the new French ambassador topical outline

BEIRUT – Lebanese Forces executive council president Samir Geagea met on Tuesday evening, in Maarab, with the new French ambassador to Lebanon Denis Pietton. Among the attendees, the LF Foreign Affairs adviser Elie Khoury and the LF party official in France Pierre Abou Assi. 

The visit aimed to get to know the Lebanese leaders, but also a topical outline of the domestic and regional issues according to the Geagea’s press office. 

The meeting also addressed the Iranian file, the Middle-East peace issue, the recent developments in South Lebanon and the Cabinet formation process.
