BEIRUT- Lebanese Prime Minister Siniora told reporters after Friday prayers that Israel is trying to drag Lebanon into the crisis of Gaza and emphasized the necessity of keeping Lebanon non-aligned in the crisis.

Siniora said that the crimes of Israel would not change the heart of the Palestinian cause but would rather strengthen Palestinians to struggle for their rights. Siniora also wished that the prospective visit of the Arab delegation, led by Palestinian President Mahmoud  Abbas, to the United Nations headquarter in New York would reach agreement of an immediate ceasefire, prevent clashes and open crossing borders.
