BEIRUT – Lebanese Forces executive council president Samir Geagea said on Saturday that rockets found in Naqoura is not a coincidence but a premeditary act. Speaking in presence of MP Setrida Geagea from Maarab, Geagea hosted many Lebanese popular and partisan delegations as per holiday’s season. Geagea highlighted that a critical issue must not be resolved by another worse. He refused to blame it on any party awaiting Army investigations results. He called on all parties to not push Lebanese inside the fire axis to serve none Lebanese ends. Geage underscored the necessity to tackle the issue within the Cabinet, go through relevant deliberations and make the best decision thereto.
Moreover, LF leader praised the opening of the Syrian embassy in Lebanon and said it is a victory for independent powers in Lebanon. He wished the Syrian presence this way happened before so “both Lebanese and Syrians could have escaped big disasters”. Geagea also said the situation in Gaza Strip is miserable, horrible and critrical.
