BEIRUT - After meeting with a delegation of graduate students from Information Faculty at the Lebanese University, Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea said that the “status of March 14 Christians is more than excellent”, affirming that their alliance will stand united in the 2009 parliamentary elections.

Geagea replied to Marada Movement leader Sleiman Franjieh’s statement accusing him of expressing Syrian positions. On the other hand Geagea said we should take Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barack’s threats against Hezbollah and Lebanon more seriously since it is aimed at Iran and Hezbollah according to Israel is an Iranian army.
