Tripoli MP Mosbah Ahdab condemned the Bab Tebbaneh incident considering what happened to be a reckless open-fire on civilians.

In a statement to Lebanese Forces official website, Ahdab stated that there are no guarantees from the Lebanese Army who has changed without any particular security reason in Tripoli, and everyone is waiting for the results of the investigation.

Ahdab added then, “We refuse that the weapons of Lebanese Army to target residents of Tripoli, since the military institutions cannot work as before subduing to a certain political party, particularly that there is no longer 30 thousand foreign soldiers in Lebanon, and as far as we know Hezbollah does not control the North”.

On the other hand Ahdab wondered if the weapons of Hezbollah are immune to the Lebanese army adding that all security measures should be reconsidered in Lebanon and not even the Palestinian camps.
