BEIRUT - US Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence James Robert Clapper met on Monday with Defense Minister Elias al-Murr. US Ambassador to Lebanon Michelle Sisson was also present at the meeting.
As-Safir newspaper reported on Tuesday that Clapper was visiting Beirut as part of a tour to meet with military attaches in US embassies around the world. He is staying in Lebanon until Wednesday.
