JEDDAH - The Saudi King Abdallah Bin Abd El Aziz confirmed to the Lebanese president Michel Sleiman his country's support to all the Lebanese without any distinction as it has been reported through an official Lebanese source. President Sleiman is currently visiting the KSA.
The source cleared that the Saudi king during his wide negotiations between both parties on Sunday eve said, "I hear that we are with some people and against others (…) we are at close and loving distance with everyone and we don't wish any profit or benefit from our love for Lebanon".
Noted that a party from March 8 which represents the parliamentary minority in Lebanon supported by Syria and Tahran, criticizes strongly Saudi Arabia accusing the kingdom of financing the Sunnites terrorists. On the other hand March 14 accuses Damascus of trying to take over Lebanon's sovereignty again after it withdrew its armed forces in 2005. The relation between Saudi Arabia and Syria has been still unstable since the assassination of the Prime Minister Rafik Hariri.
The king Abdallah called for "all the countries to respect Lebanon" again and the readiness of the kingdom to "aid Lebanon in all what requires".
On the other hand the Lebanese president asked the Saudi King to help restoring the Palestinian refugees back to their land which estimated number is about 400 000 refugee according to UNERWA. The president declared that Lebanon "can't withhold this great number and procure a decent life for them along finding them job opportunities".
