BEIRUT - Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah said that although last week’s attack on a military helicopter was dangerous, it would not sow dissention between the Resistance and the army.
Hezbollah’s Secretary General added that neither Hezbollah nor the army would ever succumb to sedition and he repeated that the helicopter incident was accidental.
In a meeting with the Imam of the Jerusalem Mosque, Sheikh Maher Hammoud, in Saida Nasrallah said that Iran and Syria did not influence the Resistance’s decision making process.
He said that Iran’s commitment to the Resistance was purely religious and that the Islamic Republic had no tactical or political objectives in Lebanon.
