BEIRUT - MP Samir Franjieh told the Voice of Lebanon radio station that speedily adopting the new electoral districts without adding the reforms would go against the Doha Agreement. 

M. Franjieh added that it will jeopardize the freedom of elections and the participation of Lebanese emigrants in the electoral process. 

“This is an illusionary battle, just like those for Palestinian nationalization and the rights and powers of the deputy prime minister,” he said.
