BEIRUT - In an interview in the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Anbaa, Mohammed Raad said that the prospective defense strategy will state the coordination and cooperation between the Lebanese Army and the Resistance in order to face the Israeli violations. 

Head of the Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP add that it will be the standard of appointing the Army Commander and head of Intelligence Forces. 

Raad confirmed that Hezbollah was not trying to obstruct the dialogue in order to evade the discussions about the defense strategy. He called for expanding the roundtable dialogue to include all Lebanese parties. 

On the Lebanese-Syrian relations, he said that Hezbollah supported the Diplomatic exchange but the relations between both countries are bigger than exchanging embassies. 

“It is possible that Hezbollah will carry out a positive role to reach convergence between MP Walid Jumblatt and Syria’s point of views,” he commented.
