Sunbathe safely this summer
Many of you enjoy the summer's sun yet are not aware of its dangers. We all seek to be tanned and look trendy in our summer look, yet precautions must be taken. According to the latest research 90% of skin cancer is caused by sun exposure, so don't underestimate the sunblock cause it blocks 90% of the harmful UV rays that might reach your skin and ruin it.

If you love going to the beach, simply don't expose your self to the sun at noon, go there in the morning or the late afternoon. What is crucial for parents to understand also is that kids and newborn babies shouldn't be exposed to the sun cause their skin is not yet protected by melanin.

If you wish to keep a healthy skin and shield yourself, the following precautions are advised:
Always seek the shades.
Avoid exposing your skin to the sun between 10 A.M. and P.M.
Keep drinking water frequently, and you can flavors to refresh its taste so u can drink abundantly.
Avoid wearing any perfume or fragrance because they can make you photosensitive.
Wear UV-blocking sunglasses to protect your eyes.
Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 15 or higher.
Apply the sunscreen 30 minutes before you expose yourself to the sun, and reply every two hours.
Protect your lips too by putting sunscreen on them.
Don't underestimate shielding your scalp, have a broad hat on.

**PS: Keep newborns out of the sun. Don't apply sunscreen to babies under the age of six months.
