Director of the hospital al-Hayat, Antoine Saber, was arrested on Thursday after a preliminary inquiry led within the framework of the affair of adulterated medicines. According to M.Saber’s lawyer, M. Saber would have been arrested for the purchase of medicines of a source other than the origin source, and not for usage of adulterated medicines. Six other persons, whose identity was not revealed yet, were also brought to the public prosecutor’s department of the of the Mount-Lebanon Court of Appeal.
