BEIRUT - The world wide international Time out magazine has chosen the Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab as one of the most important cultural international heroes for the past 40 years.

The legendary designer has been chosen among worldwide cultural celebrities that have made an impact in the world and was ranked number 9 on the Time Out magazine list. In a special edition the magazine has celebrated her 40th year and launched her 40 cultural heroes list that honored their own  countries. According to the magazine the Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab has honored his country and stayed loyal to his roots where he has chosen Beirut to be the headquarters of his house of fashion.
