BEIRUT – Lebanon first bloc MP Ahmad Fatfat unveiled to Voice of Lebanon radio station on Thursday an amendment within the Ministerial Declaration relevant to the resistance, enabling the State of deciding, solely, of crucial matters. He said he was convinced of the importance of voiced reserves as they mirror a certain political stance. 

Fatfat pointed out that Prime Minister Saad Hariri was convinced that the Cabinet must move forward and tackle vital issues, without, however, neglecting the key issues such as the exclusivity of possessing arms.
