BEIRUT – Zahle in My Heart bloc MP Okab Sakr told MTV on Thursday that, “the decision to form a cabinet has been taken, and however, its formula is yet to be decided on.”

Sakr also said that “FPM leader MP Michel Aoun proposed a proportionality in the cabinet instead of the obstructing-third vote,” adding that, “Aoun is taking rigid stances, while Hezbollah acts in a lenient and open manner.”

The MP also affirmed that, “There is no possibility to amend the constitution to give President Michel Sleiman the decisive-third vote as Aoun is asking,” and added that, “if we wanted to increase the president’s power, we should grant him this vote.”

He also revealed that, “The decision to appoint Future Movement leader MP Saad Hariri as prime minister was taken his first visit to Saudi Arabia.”
