BEIRUT - Foreign Affairs Minister Fawzi Salloukh arrived this morning to Damascus. He will meet with President Bachar al Assad and Syrian Foreign Affairs minister Walid Moallem to discuss details regarding the establishment of diplomatic relations between Lebanon and Syria.
