BEIRUT- The 8th edition of the Beirut International Film festival will open tonight at the UNESCO Palace. Lebanese and foreign movies will be shown at Cinema Empire Sofil. At the closing ceremony, a jury presided by Iranian director Babak Payami will present awards to the best Arab short features and long features.
